CLUB HISTORY
In 2012, when South United Football Club was first established, we competed in the I-League Second Division in that very year. Our Senior Team has been the Runners Up of the Super Division on four occasions, as well as the Champions of the BDFA ‘A’ Division 2022-23 Season. Since our inception, as many as 70 SUFC players have been selected for various Santosh Trophy State Teams.
Our goal with South United Football Club is to actively contribute to the Indian Footballing movement that enables the youth of our nation to consider careers in the game a viable option. We are determined to be a part of the game at multiple levels to achieve this, from the setting up of Football Academies in Bangalore, Pune, and Solapur to developing exceptional infrastructure in the country, conducting sports events and programmes, and reaching out to underprivileged children through our Foundation while playing football competitively.
