Founded with a vision to foster football skills and cultivate a genuine passion for the sport, South United Football Club (SUFC) has reached a remarkable milestone, celebrating its 12th anniversary on August 16th. Over the years, SUFC has become a prominent name among football clubs, boasting some of the best academies across multiple cities in India. Let’s delve into SUFC’s journey and its significant achievements.

2012Launched the South United Ecosystem on 16th August 2012
 Winners of the Kedari Redekar Tournament with Amoes T. as the ‘Man of the Tournament’, R. Manivannan as the ‘Best Midfielder’, and Jayantaraj Banshi as the ‘Best Defender’
  
2013Runners up in the BDFA Super Division
 Participated in the I-League 2nd Division
 7 SUFC players were chosen to represent Karnataka in the Santosh Trophy
 SUFC Player Amoes T. was selected for I-League Team Bengaluru FC
 Partnered with Real Madrid Foundation to conduct Football Clinics in Mumbai and Bangalore
 Organized the marathon, Mastek Cause-A-Thon 2013
  
2014Runners Up in the BDFA Super Division
 Semi-Finalists in the Puttaiah Memorial Cup
 Worked on the Barclays Premier League Live event in Mumbai
 Organized an art and musical event, Jashn-e-Aziza, in Mumbai to raise funds for villages in Maharashtra and the marathon, Mastek Cause-A-Thon 2014
 SUSF partnered with TATA Trusts to train 50 underprivileged children from Dharavi
  
2015Mr. Sharan Parikh took over South United FC1 Pvt. Ltd.
 Runners Up in the BDFA Super Division with Kabir Toufik as the ‘Best Goalkeeper’ and Senthil Kumar as the ‘Best Striker’
 2 SUFC players were chosen to represent Karnataka in the Santosh Trophy
 Won the South Indian Interstate Invitational Football Tournament, Bellary with Kabir Toufik as the ‘Goalkeeper of the Tournament’ and R. Manivannan as the ‘Man of the Tournament’
 Finished 3rd in the Gadhinglaj United Cup with R. Manivannan as the ‘Best Midfielder’ of the Tournament
 4 SUFC players were chosen to represent the BDFA XI team which won the Golden Jubilee – Azad Trophy 2015 in Kayalpatnam, with SUFC player Kabir Toufik as the ‘Best Goalkeeper of the Tournament’
 7 SUFC players were chosen to represent the BDFA XI Team which won the Don Bosco-Fr McFerran All India Football Tournament, with SUFC player John Peter as the ‘Best Defender’, and SUFC Manager R. Gopal as the Assistant Coach for the team
 SUFC Player Vignesh Gunashekhar was selected for ISL Team Delhi Dynamos
 Launched SUFC’s first Astro Turf in Mumbai
  
2016Runners Up in the BDFA Super Division with Kabir Toufik as the ‘Best Goalkeeper’
 7 SUFC players were chosen to represent Karnataka in the Santosh Trophy
 Launched SUFC’s 1st Astro Turf in Bangalore and 2nd Astro Turf in Mumbai
 Partnership deals closed with Football Mind and HotFut
  
20176th in the BDFA Super Division
 7 SUFC players were chosen to represent Karnataka in the Santosh Trophy with SUFC Head Coach Kiran Santosh as the Head Coach of the State Team
 Successfully conducted two Sports Business Management Courses with Dr. Alex Twitchen and procured 100% placements
 Partnered with Tata Trusts to train 252 underprivileged students from Mumbai
 Goalkeeper Kabir Toufik was called up to trial for the Under 22 Indian National Team
 Partnership deals closed with Nivia, Enerzal, Life Group, and Spectrum Physiotherapy

 Semi-Finalists in the Puttaiah Memorial Cup
 2 SUFC players were chosen to represent Karnataka in the Santosh Trophy
 SUFC Player Kabir Toufik made a permanent move to I-League Team, Chennai City FC
 Partnership deals closed with HotFut, Enerzal, Go Savvy, Spectrum Physiotherapy, SPARSH Hospital, and Life Group
  
2019Participated in the I League 2nd Division
 7th in the BDFA Super Division
 5 SUFC players were chosen to represent Karnataka in the Santosh Trophy
 Partnership deals closed with Vector X and Peak Performance
 SUSF partnered with Book-A-Smile to train 52 underprivileged students from Mumbai
 Opened the South United Football Club Academy Facility in Bangalore
 Hosted the BDFA ‘A’ Division League at our facility

 Hosted the BDFA ‘B’ Division League at our facility
 Hosted the Adidas Unfair Tournament at our facility with more than 1000 participants
 Hosted South United Soccer Schools’ first Winter Skills Camp at our facility
  
2021Former SUFC Player Sudipta Malakar was chosen to play for Maldivian Team, LT Sports
 Official training ground for I-League 2 practice matches
 Partnership deals closed with Maverick and Farmer, MultiFit, Le Yantra Spine and Sports Injury Clinic, and TRP Sports
  
2022Completed 10 prestigious years
 7th in the BDFA ‘A’ Division
 Runners up of the Prasanna Kumar Memorial Trophy
 Under 13 and Under 15 Elite Youth Teams participated in the DPDL  Youth League 2022, where the Under 15 Team reached the Semi-Finals. U-15 Players Jeevanth V., Rishikesh Rajeev, Ammar Mohammed, and Ethan Joel were amongst the top scorers of the League.
 Partnership deals closed with Adidas and Tagda Raho
 200+ players registered with the South United Football Academy for the 2022-23 Season
  
2023Completed 11 years
 Champions of the BDFA ‘A’ Division
 Partnership deals closed with PUMA India
 Official Training ground for the Indian Football Team for their practice during the SAFF Championship held in Bengaluru
 Hosted the Bhutan National Football Team training
 Nominated for the AIFF Grassroots Award – Best Kindergarten Initiative
 Organized Kick For a Cause, a league for underprivileged children from city-based Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) in the Under 13 and Under 15 categories
  
202412 years of contributing to the growth of Indian Football
 6th in the BDFA Super Division out of 19 teams
 Trained over 12,000 players since inception
 Hosted the Indian National Women’s Football Team for their training in February and the AFC Pro Diploma in March at our venue in Bangalore
 Started four new venues in Pune and one in Solapur
 Conducted SUFC’s First ever Blue Clubs League in Pune which garnered participation from over 500 players
 Closed partnership deals with Step Out, The Little Gym, Rapid Sport Fitness, and Ileseum Clubs.
